To learn more about the Maneki Neko (Lucky Cats, Cats of Fortune), the best way is to look it up on the Internet since there are several legends as well as descriptions of the paw gesture. With the right paw up, it is said to be a sign of good fortune. With that in mind, this invitation is applicable for any occasion. As is, I have designed it on the Semi Gloss; yet, Luxe: Pearl Shimmer Paper Stock is very popular also. As you can see on my own invitations even, the different paper stocks vary in price; yet, any invitation can be changed to a different paper stock which will lower or raise the price.
