Letter size pdf Yields 2 graduation caps with 2 attachment pieces each, one plain, and one with the word Graduate, in my “Fabric Font” Included are 2 sets of attachments, the piece that attaches to the paper hat, with “v” notches to cut and fold for a degree propping, with a strip that gets attached to the paper hat and attachment, as well as a plastic headband. Feel free to laminate, or coat the paper hat with Modge Podge so the ink doesn’t run. You also could use equal parts Elmer’s glue and water – 1/4 cup to 1/4 cup – use plastic wrap to cover your work surface to keep it from being gluey, as well as to cover the inside of your measuring cup, or use a measuring cup that isn’t for food lol. If you choose to print this sheet onto washable, colorfast, inkjet printer fabric, for a washable, sew, or no sew project, please back with plain, solid color fabric, preferably cotton in a coordinating color, and make sure to iron Therm o Web HeatnBond interfacing between print and backing fabrics ! You can print this onto paper, card stock and coat with Modge Podge to cover the paper, so that the ink won’t run. Or use vinyl or sticker paper! Supplies: letter size sheet of paper card stock – can print onto washable inkjet fabric, or printable vinyl scissors Modge Podge decoupage coating, use brush, and paint over print side, before cutting panels out – cover your work surface with plastic wrap so surface doesn’t get glue all over it optional tape or hot glue and low temp glue gun to hold together Instructions: Cut around outer edge of top graduation cap, then cut out 2 attachments, the paper hat attachment with “v” notches at bottom, and the strip that the paper hat, attachment with “v” notches, and headband attach to Snip into lines on the bottom of the paper hat attachment, every other notch, fold under, but do not glue / tape down attach headband strip on bottom of v notches, find center of both, and attach flat side of strip to bottom of paper hat attachment – should look like a degree stand up L like piece attach paper hat attachment with strip adhered / taped, to paper hat on paper hat’s back side, center as best you can, to fit within the perimeters of the paper hat – should have extra spacing of back of paper hat around the attachment piece and headband strip Tape or glue the paper hat panels connected to headband, finding center of both, and tape / glue from center then outward Thank you all so much!
